Calves on hay and straw and are not cleaning up the straw very well. May be time to move to a fresh paddock as weather will be milder this coming week. Livestock Inventory change: Doctors: Along with our regular chores, Tyler and I were able to get the bull captured that was in with the cows-not so easy with the winds and navigating around scary patches of ice. Ryan spent a good part of the day with Florin working on a frozen overflow pipe at Pfister’s. Weather: Gusty overnight SW winds bring rising temperatures.

BLM awarded contract for our water storage project to replace the open pit with a closed system. Also met with BLM on North Willow Creek restoration project. Weather: Subzero morning softens and warms with modest SW winds.
