Warm and dry. I moved into 8th and last split in NG1 mid-day.

Warm and dry. In the early morning, I moved cows into 6th split in NG1. Now, watering on (upgraded) east side tank. Active prairie dog is in the center of section 11, split with NG1 and NG7, which now includes a family of burrowing owls.  Cool morning, then turning pretty warm in the afternoon. Attended ACES meeting in afternoon, and returned too late to move cows. Paddock was grazed close with good impact. Someone without a fuller context of the paddock history, would likely say the site was grazed too close.  Jesus and Maria Hot. I moved cows late in the day into 5th split.
Warm, almost hot. No moves. I moved cows late in the day into 4th split (now on the creek) in NG1.
Moderate weather continues. Late afternoon move into 3rd split in NG1 along the creek. GAN sample collected.
Partly cloudy and nice. In the evening moved cows into 2nd split in NG1.
Short heavy freshening downpour last night. All morning spent moving escaped cows back into our larger “pause paddock” (WG7 and SG6).
